Resident Liaison Officer  Poole, Dorset

Actaris is looking for a Resident Liaison Officer / Tenant Liaison Officer to work for a top-tier social housing contractor.

Start Date: 01/09/2021 – 3 weeks work

Payrate: £150.00 A day.

Day Duties will include as follows:

  • You will be the First Point of Contact for residents.
  • Update residents on the works that are being carried out on their property and make sure they are happy.
  • You will be working alongside other RLO’s and reporting to the site manager.
  • You must ensure residents are comfortable in their own homes.
  • Organise meetings out of hours.
  • Prepare & Issue letters to the residents.
  • Help with colour choices for kitchens or bathrooms.
  • Answering or Making outgoing phone calls.
  • Dealing with complaints in a timely manner.

The potential candidate therefore must have previously been employed in an RLO or DLO position. As this is a holiday cover you will need to hit the ground running. There will be a handover from the current team.

You must have a can-do attitude, hardworking, punctual, and reliable.

For this role, you will be working on both internal and external works on a decent homes project.

The right individual will have a valid CSCS card as well as a clean driving license and own vehicle.

PPE: Hard Hat, High Visibility vest and safety shoes must be worn at all times.
